Kytun Horizontal Cavity Trays

Our Horizontal Trays are designed to prevent water penetration into the building in areas where a lean-to or flat roof meets an external wall.

The Horizontal tray is suitable for use with 100mm thick external wall construction with a minimum 50mm clear or partially filled cavity. Also suitable for use in full filled and pumped cavity applications.

Available with or without integral lead flashings.

  • Horizontal trays are used where a lean-to pitched or flat roof  abuts an external wall.
  • Suitable for use with 50mm cavity void and 100mm outer skin construction.
  • Trays available with or without factory fitted lead flashings.
  • Range of corners, stopends and weepholes also available.
  • Trays with integral lead flashings feature a continuous butyl strip between the lead and the tray to prevent driving rain ingress, all flashings are mechanically fixed to the tray with stainless steel staples.
